As I said, Heart Problems is not the kind of game that has this big story or big mystery that you need to get to the bottom of. We play as the main character and when he was younger he was abandoned at his aunt and uncle's house and he has been living there since. His two cousins also live here, both of whom are girls. There is a bit of drama with his aunt and uncle as the uncle is having an affair and his aunt clearly does not feel valued, but most of the story here is about the main character and his interactions with the three ladies in his life.

Three Is The Magic Number

The three love interests in Heart Problems are a lot of fun and I like how all three are so different. First of all, we have the milf that is Aunt Amelie and she is the absolute dream woman of our MC. She is kind and loving and she does come across as a good and nice person. Next up we have Kylee, she is in her early 20s and she has a bit more of a complex relationship with the MC, you never know for sure if she likes you or if she is just jealous of you if you spend time with her sister. That brings us to, Stephanie, she is around 18 and she plays the brat role! She is kind of nuts as she can be driving you crazy one moment and then acting all slutty the next wanting to jump your bones!

Three Of A Kind

With Heart Problems being a lewd visual novel, you probably already have an idea of what the deal is as far as the gameplay goes. You spend the majority of the game reading the story and then you get to think of how you feel it should go. I will say that the three love interests do offer very different routes for you to explore, but I do wish that the MC we play as was not just a constant sex pest! Some of the writing is a little spotty so I do think that the translation could perhaps do with a tad more work as there were a couple of scenes that lost their flow a bit because of how they were translated.

Not only do all three of the love interests in Heart Problems have very different personalities and interesting relationships with the main character. They all look different too! I love the character renders in this game, the aunt is by far my favorite, but all three of these ladies are hot in their own way. I also liked how when the story progressed the ladies would wear different clothes and not just be in the same outfits for the whole story. The sex scenes are great and manage to be both erotic and hot at the same time! My only criticism is that the main character has a rather odd look to him, almost like his face does not go with his body if that makes sense.
